first of all what are you looking for in trade beads? Padres, pound beads, chevrons, I have a friend that has all these and they are old and new, He is as honest as they come. He does not do to many events anymore but he does a few around here in Kansas.

Let me know what you want and I will contact him and see what the cost is. for the beads you want.

...what? I endorse Pare Bowlegs' suggestions, just make sure that whatever you're getting is actually datable to the period you're portraying (but you knew that)

Oops! When I typed my response asking how this related to trade beads, I seem to have had some sort of strange computer of site malfunction. I was not replying to your message, but rather some message about gun sights on a smooth bore that appeared right after your message. Sorry about the confusion.
