|For those of us who hunt, it can be very rewarding to experiment with the different parts of the game we kill. Of course there are thenormal cuts of meat such as the back strap and tenderloins. The heart, liver, brains, and other commonly looked over entrails can be quite tasty and more nutritious than the common cuts of meat.
Organs such as the stomach and intestines can aid in the cooking process. the stomach can be used to boil foods and the intestines can be used as a casing. you want to be sure to clean the inside of these innerds before using.
