This morning I popped this 8 pointer with my Mike Miller made 54 calibre South Carolina flintlock. Hog dressed weight was only 153 pounds. He had a 21" spread.

That's a fine lookin critter you bagged there Tom. What part of Kentucky do ya claim as your own. I'm lookin for a huntin/trappin partner. After deer season when it gets cold to stay I'll be layin out my Line. I've traded my coilsprings and conibears for longsprings I've got 31 traps dyed, waxed and ready to rock if your interested. I'm hoping Josh (Joshuway on the HT board) Will be back from his TOD in afghanistan, after a year in the desert he deserves some R&R! I'm gonna operate outta my station camp. 3 men is hardly a brigade but it'll still be fun! Well enough rambling let me know what ya think. The offers open to any other Cantuckee long knives as well...Eric
