|Ok this is a meal that takes time but is well worth it. You get one hind quarter of venison and wrap it in bacon. Use toothpicks to hold it in place. Place in roasting pan and add butter, onion, mushrooms,1/2 cup water, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce as much or as little of each ingredient that you would like. Cook on about 300 to 350 all day or about 8 or 9 hours. Great with rice or homeade biscuits.
