|If you're partial to chocolate, just head to the locall grocery store. Beth Gilgun's book, "Tidings from the 18th Century," says that today's unsweetened baker's chocolate is the same as was available in the 18th century. Just drop some into boiling water, add equal volume maple or muscovado sugar, and let it dissolve. Warm and sweet, the perfect drink for those chilly nights on the trail!
