im looking into wood plank snowshoes. does anyone have any documentation of them being used? i have seen a pair or two but dont know of the accuracy of them. could someone enlighten me?
im also interested in documentation on the Ojibwa style as well. i would like to make my own pair of snowshoes. i have a pair of wood framed ones but the rawhide is tearing out and would really like to make my own.
